The Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment & Outreach Officer to join the Academy of Live Technology.

This role plays a key part in building a strong pipeline of future students for our undergraduate and postgraduate courses. You will engage with prospective students throughout their recruitment journey, providing guidance and support while helping the Academy meet its recruitment targets.

Working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Admissions and Student Experience, you will help deliver recruitment campaigns, events and outreach initiatives that inspire the next generation of creative industry professionals.

You will also contribute to the Academy’s Progression Package — a programme of workshops, activities and events designed to inspire prospective students and showcase career pathways in the creative industries.

Key Responsibilities

· Respond to enquiries from prospective students and guide them through the application process

· Build relationships with applicants and provide personalised support

· Deliver campus tours and support Open Days, Applicant Days and recruitment events

· Represent the Academy at higher education fairs and outreach activities in schools and colleges

· Deliver engaging presentations, workshops and taster sessions promoting careers in the creative industries

· Maintain accurate CRM records and track recruitment activity

· Support recruitment campaigns alongside Marketing, Admissions and Student Experience teams

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident engaging with people from a wide range of backgrounds.

You will have:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· The ability to build relationships and influence prospective students

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

· Experience managing multiple projects and priorities

· Confidence working both independently and as part of a team

· A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets
